ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. You will receive an email within 2 business days to notify you when your order is on its way.

Orders can be collected the next working day, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, or Saturday from 9am to 2pm. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 days. A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus shipping costs.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at inessencespanishcleaning8@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle such cases individually, but we will do our best to offer a satisfactory resolution.
